Avoid this company!

We had very bad experience with them. We moved from Estonia to Belgium in September 2020, they broke our boxes and more than 400 items were lost with total value 5000 €. After long difficult dispute we got a compensation 2500 €, only 50% of the value of lost items. They offer cheap moving services by saving costs wherever possible, e.g. by packing and securing the load, apparently also at the expense of liability insurance.

Very efficient, trouble free and excellent value for money.

We recently moved from Devon, UK to Tartu Estonia. The UK part of the move was handled by the UK agent for Movemaster - Easy Moving Ltd and the 2 guys who came were excellent, being very careful with all our goods and packing the items extremely well , and providing us with a comprehensive list of all items packed, cross referenced with our own numbering system.
Communication with Move master for the journey from London to Tartu was then excellent and our goods arrived At the precise time we were told. The three guys who un loaded all spoke perfect English and were very efficient at moving the goods to the places we directed them to.
We were very pleased with the entire move and would definitely recommend them to anyone moving abroad.

I moved from Estonia to Finland

First, it was very easy to communicate with them and the moving plan was clear. However, they lost my stuff in Finland and didn't know about that until I contacted them. Therefore my stuff didn't arrive when it was supposed to, though the delay was forrtunately only one day. They offered me reasonable discount for the mistake. However, when I was asking when I would get my stuff, The communication changed to rude.

Everything was smooth and excellent.

We used Movemaster OÜ's relocation service for moving from England to Finland. The communication with Kätlin at Movemaster OÜ was excellent. She answered all my questions and assured me that our stuff will be in safe hands. She also quoted a very good price.

Unlike some other companies that transport stuff with trucks that have barely plastic sheets by the sides, Movemaster OÜ offered tidy and tight packaging on pallets. When we received the delivery, we realized how well packed our stuff were. The boxes that contained fragile items were placed on the pallets in a considerate way. As a result, not a single item that we shipped was damaged. We were really pleased.

Both the collection of our stuff and the delivery were on time.

We highly recommend Movemaster OÜ. It is reliable, keeps promises and very responsive.

Excellent removal service at a very competitive price

I picked MoveMaster on the strength of the reviews it has received. I wasn't disappointed. Everything with this company was smooth from the initial contact right up to the final sign off. I particularly appreciated the excellent customer service from Kätlin, who was one step ahead of things and always replied quickly and courteously to my queries. Highly recommended.
