My experience from start to finish was dreadful arrived a day late we had to pay the people that had bought our house to keep our stuff there till the following day and then they were refusing to take it all eventually they did and when it was supposed to arrive in Scotland where we now were it was about 3 days late it was so stressful and upsetting and to add to it have not even had an apology about the damaged goods never ever recommend this company to anyone dreadful
