Terrible

Do not use this company. They are rude and completely incompetent. We used them for our move to Perth Australia. After 9 months of not returning my calls and when I finally did get through an older man told me to go f**ck myself when I made a complaint and hung up on me. Another younger man called me back and told me that they would refund me for the whole thing as it was a disaster from start to finish but I NEVER received any refund. Eventually received our boxes over 9 months after they had promised them at the latest 3 months after we arrived. Terrible and extremely stressful experience. Do not use this company for moving especially if it is internationally. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.

I have run into tremendous problems with them and they never respond to my calls or emails. They collected my stuff September 29 in Drogheda and told me it would be with me early December in New York where I now live. The problem is that the stuff is sitting somewhere in England with no idea of when it will be shipped to me. They did not tell me that and now wont let me know when it will be coming. They simply done respond to my emails or phone calls.
I need help finding out where the stuff is and if and when it will be shipped. I don't know what to do. They were fine at first and then stopped caring completely. Service and attitude is atrocious, Twice I have called and in the middle of talking to some man, he just said Ill have to ring you back and hung up. Then he never rang back!
What way is that to do business. If you know of what I can do to locate my stuff or somebody who knows can you please contact me.
Is there a Government agency in Ireland that could help me contact them?

This was an international move.
The move itself was fine and the guys who came with the lorry were very helpful including lugging boxes up two floors. The packing however was a joke - items that went together not put in the same box (it took us 3 weeks to fine the microwave turntable - no joke!), boxes not labled, a half eaten bowl of cat food wrapped in paper and boxed (we found that a week later), a bottle of machine oil opened into a plastic tupperware box, the lid put in and the box sealed (hello? please engage brain) and the boss turned up smelling of alcohol on the first day and bitched about the number of books we had.
To be fair, most items were well packed (even the cat food!) and there were only a couple of minor breakages. The guy loading the lorry did really well getting all my plants in too.
All in all, they might do a decent move but steer well clear of packing. You definitely gets what you pay for.
