Customer Service failed to keep me informed or follow their protocol on the brochure.
Packed items prohibited by customs & left items behind.
One box dropped. ?items damaged.
Poor management regarding time frame.
Staff stressed & rushed. Not all items individually wrapped & put in container.
Container arrived with holes & water on floor. Required returning to port & wait another to be sent.sent.
Packers tired & disorganised following day. Anxious to get home. Too rushed.
No allowance for bad weather whilst packing vans..
Never spoke to anyone in authority when necessary, only receptionists relaying messages.
Never phoned to confirm arrival day & time. Staff late starting.
When time/ manpower obviously misjudged by management others drove down from Dublin but then there were too many packers for area space.
Staff informed management of job timeframe but no leeway given.
Management didn’t allow for inconsistencies or weather.
Packers worked accordingly but haven’t unpacked to know if damages occur through haste.
Don’t believe what the brochure says.

Your crew was great, friendly and very, very quick and circumspect with my sensitive furniture’s and antique dishes in Ireland. And the driver, how was here in Hilden as well, was a nice competently person here in Hilden as well. I live in a narrow place and he manage all the driving without any damages. The housekeeper was full with compliments later. Not all removal drivers did those managing without any damages in the past. The elevator was clean and no rubbish from the packing lay in the surrounding after he leaved the place. The 2 members from AMS, Hilden, where quick and able as well.

The service before my big date was excellent as well. Friendly and able all the time.

My unpacking needs now a little time. But in the moment I did not found any damages.

The packing of my goods was dismal. I've moved 6 times and that was the worst move I've ever encountered

it has been long but it came in perfect condition

well, everything went well except they announced 2-3 weeks to have the boxes and it came 5 weeks after pick up.
I choose this company based on the delivery time and it was not respected.
I will have taken different items with me
communication went well, I would say I would like appreciate to be informed earlier when my boxes will arrive but overall it was good.
I felt everything went easy and I have been listened.

No stress and rapid

They moved several boxes and some furniture from Dublin to Brussels in September 2020. Excellent service. Good price. We did our own packaging. The driver had to deliver the items to 2 sites. He was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

It was overall a good experience, the staff & crew are friendly and helpful. Only problem we faced was the weekly delivery to UK, we had to wait for our stuff for almost 10 days after it was collected from our previous location. Will surely recommend to my friends.

Everything was done very provfessionally and accurately, only a few remarks:
1. Irish side didn't request me most of the documents that were needed for customs' clearance.
2. Swiss side has spent a lot of time "trying to contact me" with the request of those documents, even thou I was easly reacheable on both rovided moble pone numbers.
As arsult of the 2 issues mentioned above, my cargo was delivered 2 weeks later than it was promised.

P.S.: IT would also be great if delivery company could offer a service of removal of pallettes after they're un-loaded.

Quite a lot of fragile items were crushed or cracked during the move; a number of small furnishings have gone missing. Otherwise, the movers tried to take good care of the houses when moving stuff in and out, worked promptly and efficiently.
