The move hasn't been completed yet, but they have been kind enough to come by my house twice for free estimates which I have really appreciated. I also have been having serious health problems which have made it very difficult to give Passies a date for the moving. They have been sending me kind e-mails on an almost daily basis, and are being very understanding about my situation. I have been delightfully surprised with their customer service and their willingness to accommodate my special circumstances.
