Global Exclusive Movers' Network (GEM) would like to warn all industry partners about Square One Relocations from London, UK and their owner Marius Taylor.

Early in 2024 Square One Relocations were expelled from GEM Network due to non-payment with another partner in the group. They agreed to follow a repayment plan with this member but as of date have only made one late repayment and blocked all communications since.

Sadly, Square One Relocations are continuing to use our GEM Network logo on their website and email signatures even after being asked to remove them.

We would like to inform our industry partners that Square One Relocations is not a member of Global Exclusive Movers' Network (GEM).

Smooth Operation

With so much uncertainty on the release of the container due to the pandemic and Brixt recently, we had multiple delay on the date, which had been duly notified, once that’s clear the delivery and unloading of goods were very smooth, staff on the site were helpful, efficient and caring. The job got done before expected time.

Precise quote and prompt communication

Our experience with Square One Relocations, and their agent in New York, was very positive throughout the process.

We had a relatively small shipment of ~20 boxes, which amounted to roughly 1 cubic meter. Marius was extremely quick at providing an initial quote and follow-up information, and, unlike many competitors that have minimum shipment sizes/invoice amounts, the quote was for exactly what we were shipping.

Pick-up and final delivery was painless and professional. The boxes were already packed and wrapped, which smoothed out the process.

All in all, the shipment took about 2 months from door to door, which suited us well.

Great service

Marius was amazing. He answered every email promptly despite me sending him loads! The packing guys were fast and professional and friendly. They were in and out in no time.

Ver efficient - also with large fragile items.

Moved heavy fragile object (approx 100kg + almost 2m^3) without being at present at packing. All worked smoothly and all items (including this one) in tact and perfectly packed.

When contacting Squareone i was put off by the low price thinking you get what you pay for. I did talk to the manager, had a survey and I was convinced to go with them. What a surprise! Fantastic people did their best to have it as smooth as possible. Highly recommended

The movers were fantastic, professional, as was Marius, at Square One. I have a very busy schedule and they were able to work around my schedule and take care of all packing, moving, etc. The cost came in as promised. It was a great experience all around.
