Picking up from my home in Bulgaria was ok. The men worked hard and kept themselves to themselves. The items then went into storage for 1 month and it is the 2nd leg of the journey using a company called Hakotrans in Spain where I feel the damage has occurred. However. They are used as a partner to Matrix so it is still their responsibility. Boxes ripped from the outside and things pulled out along with all the smashed items I mentioned above. The company do NOT care so if you have beloved items or treasures that you want moving DO NOT use this company.

The company is very quick and clear with all of the possibility. Our contact Victor explained all of the options we had available, had a video call to estimate the amount of boxes and volume for the whole shipment.
The team that arrived to do the packing did an excellent job, and the delivery to the destination was communicated clearly and promptly.
