They have walked away with our money and left a group of us with no access to our goods. Do not deal with this company. I am filing a report with the police accusing them of theft

Not a great experience , our items were picked up 14 weeks ago and we still havent received them . Living out of a suit case for the last 3 months has not been fun . If i had known or been told that it would take this long i would have never gone with this company to get my belongings to nz. Also the communication has been very poor , i am still waiting on a date to when my items will leave aus
