Initial impresions were encouragng. The company did not have an understandng of what was needed for delivery, or by customs, in South Africa. It was left to us to deal with FedEx, make several phone calls., btain customer invoices, fill in contents' forms and chase tracking. This caused us and the recipients' unnecessary stress. The goods did arrive, albet later than we expected, and were in good order.
