Our furniture is still in Brisbane 5 weeks after it was pack

Very disappointing, as our furniture is still in Brisbane 5 weeks after it was uplifted from our apartment, to be shipped to NZ. I am now in NZ without furniture and needing to re-establish myself by buying stuff that I already own!! Not good enough!
No idea how much longer it will be and no communication from the company - only when I have contacted them.

Seamless from start to finish, great careful packing

I packed all my own cartons but Chess moving internationally packed all my larger furniture items. Everything arrived at the destination faster than they advised which was perfect. Nothing was damaged or lost and the other moving company in Christchurch NZ delivered a great re-delivery service also.
