7 Logistics
Hi,
First of all I have to appreciate all helps from Ms. Naei who tried a lot for moving my luggage.
To be honest with you there was a big problem in Tehran, my name was as sender and My husband's name was introduced for receiving the luggage in Tehran but unfortunately his name (my husband) was not mentioned in all docs and only It was me introduced as the only person to release the luggage in Tehran.
Another problem was that, nobody called us in Tehran airport to deliver the luggage for 7 days and finally I had to follow the matter and unfortunately the airport cargo section took cost for me and it was very unfair.
Also another unfair matter was that two of my suitcases were damaged and broken and unfortunately nobody took the responsibility.
