A total rip off

The quote based on delivered photos was too good to be true.bway less than other movers. During packing day it turned out that TeamNet had made a wrong estimation of my shipment. It turned out to be almost dubble the volume which initially communicated and agreed upon. TeamNet didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake, and demanded me to pay the additional expenses. About $7,000.00 more. In the end it was brought down to $4,300.00 which I had to pay more.
During the negotiations with TeamNet it was discussed and agreed that my shipment would be delivered to a specific address. Upon arrival in Rotterdam Port, the Netherlands, TeamNet claimed the door to door delivery meant from Jerusalem, Israel to Rotterdam Port. Again I had to cough up more money to have my shipment delivered to my private address.
Advice: stay away from TeamNet, and I mean more than the social distance.

Misleading in quotes and bad service

The price negotiated was based on pictures that were sent to TeamNet. The price they offered was amazingly cheap, which led me to choose for this company.
However, during packing day the volume of my shipment went way above the quote I was given through the estimation of the pictures. The invoice, initially set for be 10,000 shekel went up ton32,000 shekel. Only by mediation with the head manager, I got the price down to 23,000 shekel. Other companies would offer the same transfer for 18,000 shekel. TeamNet was not prepared to take responsibility for the wrong quote they had sent me. Furthermore, their service didn't include door to door delivery. Something which was agreed upon before signing the contract. After delivery it turned out that a few items were stolen. No recovery for this loss either.
I advice every body to stay away from this company. I mean more than 1,5 meter of social distance. Costly and disappointing experience.

Total financial disaster

I ask for a quote according to the pictures I sent to TeamNet. They quoted me for 10 cubic meters. The price would be about 10,000 NIS.
Their team of workers came to collect my belongings. It turned out there was a total of 24 cubic meters, and the price was going to be about 30,000 NIS.
They called it an unfortunate misunderstanding. They insisted I pay the 30,000 NIS for delivered services and storage in Haifa. I negotiated it down to 28,000 NIS. Still way too much.
I feel treated unfair, because the mistake lies with TeamNet. They should charge me the agreed 10,000 NIS and take the loss for their responsibility.

Highly disappointing

Sonigo were the first company I used in 2014. Expensive but worth every penny . Wrapped so well that not one item was chipped or broken. .
Second time I decided to use Teamnet, cheaper and kibbutz owned.. So disgusted! Items were not wrapped properly, hence the majority of items were chipped and scratched. ... The representative in England was rude and the unpackers in Israel asked for their tip, which we had planned to give them and their behaviour was very intimidating. They stood over us and basically forced me to give the best comments on the questionnaire. I was extremely afraid for our safety and it has taken me all this time to gain the courage to mention anything.
Never again!!!
