My family and I used moving services with EUROPACK to move from Canada to Germany. The services we received were excellent. From first contact via their quote request system to delivery into our German apartment, every step of the way was carefully handled by our support team.
The Canadian team stayed in contact with us all along the way. The team sent to pack our house was very professional and quick. The were very carefull to wrap all of our furniture and plastic tubs with foam wrap. They worked well together, and were respectfull of our home and space.
The shipping and import team stayed in contact with us often. They updated us on shipping timelines and ensured sure all our shipment cleared customs in Germany without any problems.
The German delivery team was fantastic as well. The arrived on time, and quickly deliverd all of our items up the two flights of stairs into our apartment. They removed all the extra wrap and placed the furniture where we desired it.
I would highly recomentd EUROPACK for any of your international moving needs. We will move back to Canada in a few years and will contact EUROPACK to move us again.

This was my first international move that involved furniture--including even a china set! However, I was fortunate enough to deal with Mr. Omash from the Calgary, Aberta office of Europack and he systematically handled the initial contract connected with my move in a very professional and patient manner. This gave me the confidence to go ahead with Europack and I am so happy that I did! Mr. Omash communicated in a prompt, professional way re every step of the process and I appreciated that. As per my experience, I would recommend that Canadian expats contact Europack for their international move.

We moved with EuroPack, or IMS, or Moving Company.
Every so often I'd get a new email from another company with a new Client ID, and no warning that my belongings had changed company hands.
Ultimately, not the most enjoyable customer service; consider yourself just one of "the thousands of clients we deal with each year" so they don't really have the time or consideration for you.
However, our belongs did arrive, not sure in what state yet (and not sure I want to know after watching them pack the boxes, fragile on the bottom, heavy on the top), and at only an extra 10 pound sterling overcharge fee from the initial quote (which will never be reajusted in your favor).

Trans Canadian Van Lines failed to contact me at all. Very disappointed that I didn’t get a response even to say that they didn’t want to quote.
