Total rip off and RUDE as all get out.
I was quoted an amount to move some items from Calgary, AB to Scottsdale AZ. The quote was for 500 pounds and I realized I likely had a bit more weight than that. I was also offered a 5 percent booking discount and was told they offered senior discounts - which is right on their email signature.
My items were picked up, and I never heard anything different about the weight, as far as being over the 500 pound quote. It wasn't until my items had crossed the order and were on their way here that I was sent an invoice for more than TRIPLE the quoted amount. When I asked for proof of weight by way of an OFFICIAL, stamped weigh scale ticket, they could not provide that. When I kept pressing the issue, they sent me a scanned copy of a word document made on a computer and said if I didn't pay up they would not deliver my stuff. Would not discuss, I have the recording of the conversation, where they also refused to honor any of the discounts offered and were extremely rude.
