There were 3 packers that worked hard and packed our complete household belongings. However, the amount of time it took for out items to be delivered took longer than was stated in the quote. The Groupage process was not fully explained. When the items were finally received at least 12 boxes were missing, thankfully these were delivered 2 days later. The workers that delivered our belongings were very helpful and hardworking. Unfortunately, a small handful of items however are missing, thankfully these items can easily be replaced at little cost.
