The move was Ok, except they broke the treadmill in the move.
Failed to provide insurance paperwork when asked prior to departure. When I had to make a claim at destination as I couldn't get the treadmill repaired, I was told I only had two weeks after delivery to claim. I would have known this if they had provided me the paperwork.
Other thing is it took several emails and urgent phone calls after container had arrived for them to make final payments (note I had prepaid everything prior to container departure).
Would I recommend them. Not really.
