I started communicating with them in September and after a few emails promising low prices and excellent service I decided to choose them for shipping my stuffs from UAE to Germany. Little did I know at the time that I have made a big mistake. My plans went awry because of their lack of communication; updates were only communicated upon request. Not once did they initiate any communication after payment was received. I spent a lot of money calling them from abroad. They hardly responded to my calls and requests and when they did it was only to ask for more money. After a few weeks of appalling services, I decided to cancel my shipment as they kept asking for more and more money. I struggled to get the address to pick my stuffs. They only communicated the address after I decided to involve the police. It has been a month, and they are refusing to refund my money. Phil Davis is a conman.
