We have not been informed of the correct process and the information provided was not complete from inception. We made decisions on the information given. Only now on the other side to be informed of other processes and time involved. This could lead to loss of which we are not insured for. It feels like we are dealing with amateurs on both continents South Africa and Portugal (master movers/global in Portugal)
