Dustin has been communicative, attentive to detail and precise in every move. We had to organize a move from the US to the UK and he helped with the many changes along the way, His company answered all questions, took care of pick-up, shipping and set us up with a very helpful company in London. Our good arrived within 70 days and nothing was damaged. We made the right choice with Laser Moving! Highly recommended!

We were happy with this service as they answered all questions and made it very easy to move some things to Portugal out of the USA after my mother passed. I am very happy with the service and would use them again. The pricing is a bit high but not having to deal with customs is worth it. Everything arrived packed well and within a reasonable time frame. Dustin and Nikki were both great with communication as well as quick to respond and also followed up!

Allow me to clarify my opening remark as to be perfectly correct, Dustin from Laser is absolutely the best.
When I first started my search for a worldwide mover I found a referral site on google and entered my information which as a result 6 movers contacted me and I had found another as well. So from a total of 7 moving companies no one offered the services along with a competitive price as Dustin. Two of the others companies stood out as well, but not for any positive reasons. The one which was the first to contact me insisted I sign his contract that day as there could be a war and the freight lines could double in price, I declined and his price turned out to be 75% above the Laser quote. The other company refused to bring the 3 containers to my home to be loaded and said the most they would bring was 1 and if I trusted the company who agreed to bring 3 to my home (which was Laser) I should hire them, and on his words that is exactly what I did.

My wife is kind of a review research expect and Laser had some awesome reviews and I can understand why.
Fast forward ---my containers arrived in Europe in a port other than the country I had moved to as planned as Dustin knew which ports where less likely to be so busy that I would be charged an additional fee for Port storage. All moving companies have the additional fee in their quotes and reviews talk about the fee sometimes causing the original quote to double. My containers where delayed in the moving companies warehouse but I was never charged an additional fee for that and Dustin updated me a few times a week on when my containers should be delivered. Yes things don,t always go perfect but I never felt abandoned or like I had a problem, just a hiccup in Life. The most important thing to me is when my items arrived all where in perfect condition. My items included a 55” television, 3 CPU units along with 10 monitors as well as pictures and paintings.
You can trust and feel confident knowing you have the best when you hire Laser and Dustin is your contact.

We've moved from the US to Spain. Dustin from Laser International was our relocation Manager, and he was great. He assessed the staff and space we had to send, and we could send many last-minute, small items that we hadn't considered. We could send more staff/furniture if we knew this in advance.
Laser has an excellent relationship price/service and complies with the timeframe.

I used International movers and I was completely blown away by the service. Dustin is extremely helpful with communicating and answered all of my questions and addressed any worries that I had during the process. My move happened from Dallas to Spain and I was worried because I had never used a shipping company before. Dustin was so responsive that I cancelled the other moving company to work exclusively with him. My things arrived perfectly, a little longer than expected but everything was so smooth that timing wasn’t a huge issue. Thank you so much Dustin! If you have any worries definitely go with this company because they are the most responsive and helpful from start to finish!

I went with Laser International to ship some family heirlooms from Lubbock, Texas to Canberra, Australia. Dustin Oien was the main contact point, and he was incredibly professional and patient with my questions. I was somewhat nervous with a transnational-transoceanic move, especially going from 1 remote location to another remote location. But Dustin was efficient and diligent, and the Laser International crew (including their subcontractors) were extremely courteous and careful with the shipment. They also went above and beyond the call of duty, with regular updates on the shipment location and alerts on anything potentially affecting shipment. They are very professional. I highly recommend their services, and plan to use them again in the future.

Moving internationally is not for the faint-hearted. As this was not our first rodeo, we were very happy Dustin acknowledged the complexities of coordinating an overseas move, especially in the wake of major disruptions to shipping due to the Covid epidemic. It gave me confidence in Laser International’s approach to customer service.

Our move was also complicated by not having a home to unload at the final destination. So a temporary storage location had to be coordinated. Dustin kept us informed of progress, minimizing our costs at the destination when the arrival was inevitably delayed. Both Stateside and in the UK, the relocation managers kept us apprised of progress regularly, even if they could not always share good news.

The packing team provided by Laser was professional, very efficient and fun. You can never be too prepared for packers because when they get there, they want to work fast! We can’t testify to the final condition of all our possessions, but at delivery time, all the pieces looked in great shape as they were transferred to our own storage container. Everything we have unpacked so far is in good condition. The UK delivery was very professional and fast. Thank you Team Laser and Dustin for an excellent relocation experience.

Eddie from Laser Company stepped in after last minute I was left down by another company last minute because they significantly changed the original quote. I knew I had a limited time to get everything organised but he made everything so easy, efficient and transparent and the price quoted was more affordable than what the other company had originally quoted. Please he managed to organise everything so quickly, it was only a couple of weeks from contacting him to the day when the goods were picked up to be send to an unusual destination in Europe. He took the time to explain the entire process well and I felt assured that the price quoted would roughly stay the same after the household goods were picked up. He was very responsive to all my questions and he managed to take away my stress and worries in a very stressful time in my life. He continued staying in touch throughout the move. I would not look anywhere else if I needed to ship anything else in the future from America to Europe.

Dustin was very responsive and helped us move some furniture from Texas to France. Everything he scheduled worked out great and we were very pleased when our shipment arrived to our apartment where the moving team even put the tables together for us. Dutch counter-part movers Schmidt Global on the receiving end in The Netherlands, were much less impressive.
Schmidt Global lacks customer focus, service and support. Very late arrival, extremely poor communication (none), lazy, careless, complete lack of work ethic, commitment and professionalism. We were very grateful (!) for Dustin Oien, our Laser International relocation manager, professionalism, communication, swift follow-through and customer focused solution-oriented approach!

I had the opportunity to work with Ryan Specht from Laser International last year when i moved from Texas USA to Norway, and I could not be more happy about choosing Laser International for my move. Ryan was not only professional and responsive but also very knowledge of the market. He quickly reacted to the changes on the schedule and worked with me to find the solution that suit me best. Thanks to him, the logistics of my move was something I did not have to worry about, he kept me informed of the progress at all times, and the delivery of the goods were right on-time. Also, the personnel who performed the pick up and packaging of the goods in Texas as well as the one who performed the delivery and unpacking in Norway, were all careful, professional and showed up at the scheduled times with no delays.

Ryan went above and beyond to help us in our move from Houston to France during the pandemic. The team in Houston was efficient and professional and the team in the Netherlands worked hard to help us through 2 lockdowns and get our things to us in France. Throughout the process Ryan was available and helped every step of the way. He was always 100% professional and also understanding of both the emotional and practical difficulties in such a move. Very good service. House walk through on zoom was very good at estimating volume and enabled us to fit into a smaller shipping container after some further adjustments- was probably accurate to within 5% of the space. I would use them again.

Selected Laser International moving purely based on affordability/quick response time and reviews from so many other people who used their service. I used their moving service from Texas to Toronto and they were professional in moving and packing furniture without causing any damage. Ryan was critical in communication through out the process and period until I got back all my stuff unpacked and installed. They were swift in sending moving teams to/from and reasonably priced during peak Summer moving timeline. Could not have asked for any better moving company. Strongly recommend these folks if you are moving anywhere. They also do a video calling to ensure what items you have and how much it may technically cost so that its kind of contact-less quote service.

Laser and their representative were head and shoulders above the competition during our tendering process. We contacted and interviewed roughly half a dozen agents for our international shipment. Only one other agent came close to the level of detail and quickness in their responses. Pricing was competitive, so we chose Laser to start our shipment from the US to England. Laser's agent remained responsive even after we paid the deposit- he did not "disappear" like some reps do after payment. His information was superb with several excellent suggestions about our move. Ours was an atypical move, involving many unusual, fragile possessions. This is our fifth international move. We know the movers well. We'd strongly recommend involving Laser in your overseas move. Our experience with Laser to move from Chicago to Lisbon, Portugal was incredible! I found the great reviews so reached out and heard from Ryan Specht quickly. The entire process was so smooth from communication, organization, paperwork, packing, and unpacking! The movers were great both in Chicago and in Portugal. We received our 20-ft container within 8 weeks (during covid times might I add)! The value was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend Laser for your international move.

Everything was excellent: the quote and pricing (the most honest and accurate of the dozens I received), the packing, the period of delivery (very fair for Covid time) and the delivery itself (2 amazing guys from Romania, very effective and professional!). I'm very happy we chose Laser Moving to handle our international relocation to Prague, Czech Republic. We worked with
Ryan Specht, who was absolutely professional from our first interaction and throughout the course of our move. Immigrating during the pandemic proved to be extremely complicated, but Ryan was there for us every twist in the road. We were packed very professionally by a great crew, who took care of everything for us. Due to difficulties with obtaining visas, our shipment arrived several months ahead of us in Europe, but Ryan helped us easily navigate placing the shipment into bonded storage. Once we finally arrived in Prague and secured a home, Ryan stayed with us to help coordinate the final delivery.

We had a great experience moving with Laser international. The movers were on time for pick up and the communication along the process was very clear. Our relocation manager was available when we needed any information or to smooth some process (as moving internationally is very complex. All together, we had a good prestation for the money we spent on moving.

Ryan and the team at Laser handled my move from Texas to Vancouver Island incredibly at the end of February 2020. I wasn't in Texas at the time, and Ryan and his team were able to handle all instructions remotely and kept me abreast of everything pertaining to my move. I would highly recommend Ryan and Laser.

Predictable, responsive, seamless

We used Laser International to move from Chicago, US, to Brisbane, Australia, in June 2020 - during the height of COVID-19. Even when faced with the world's volatility and uncertainty with travel and health restrictions, Ryan and his team proved extremely reliable. They were responsive and provided great value for money. Our move was planned and executed without any surprises or hiccups - exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!

Very poor service

We chose Laser International because they were several thousand dollars cheaper than a larger well known removal company. That was a big mistake. The packing up of the house was fine and the team of guys worked very hard and were very nice to deal with. When we arrived in the UK, we received an email that our goods were at the port ready to be shipped to the UK. What we had arranged was that they were to be stored in Chicago for several months until we could buy a house in the UK. That was a much better option for is because the cost of storage in the USA was substantially cheaper than storage in the UK. This mistake by Laser meant that we had to pay several thousand dollars more for storage in the UK. What is a stressful process was made worse by Laser's incompetence. I would not recommend Laser International. Pay more and get a better service.

International move that required a lot of help.

I had help months before my move from my coordinator from Laser International, Dustin. He walked me through everything I needed to do to move my stuff to Canada and was extremely helpful over the phone and email. He was an active part of my move, helping me move up my date when everything went haywire in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. It was very stressful moving by myself as girl, but having 4 movers in the house wasn't a problem because my movers in Houston (starting location) were very efficient - if extremely slow. Because it was an international move, everything needed to be categorized for customs. It took a total of 6 hours for them to pack up my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Way longer than I expected, because I hoped to get on the road immediately. The movers who unpacked my goods in Canada were quick and efficient.

Very responsive turned into being treated as a lower priority, once paid and shipped...Frustrating on end delivery, as scheduled travel for after the delivery window, but not clear if will have to pay for storage if delivery date is while I'm gone.
