Chicago to Montreal, 1 bd apartment

The communication with the team was really great. The team that pick up my things in Montreal were nice and careful with my things but communicated poorly regarding their arrival. They ended up being 1h late and did not call about it. The delay of the delivery in Chicago was longer than I expected, which did not allow me to have it delivered the day they offered initially, but the company offered me free storage and then delivered exactly at the time and day that was planned. The delivery guys were very carfeul and nice. Great team!
The only point I would say is that I change my phone number for communicating with me like 6 times, provided to many different person and it was never changed on the original quote, so the delivery man in Chicago kept calling the wrong number. I was expecting them so it ended up being okay.
