Horrible Experience
Do not hire this company for your move (especially if doing it out of pocket).
They overestimate the weight of your goods and make you pay more than the actual weight. Same goes for packing. THey estimate more than required number of boxes. If you do hire them, ask them for Guaranteed Rate Reduction on the quote so they will have to pay you back based on the actual weight and the number of boxes. Extremely poor communication once you agree with the quote and sign the quote/estimate. THe coordination team doesn't have good communication. They only email and never pickup the phone. The main person came without a pen to the apartment who was responsible for all the paperwork. The packing team were rude and didn't answer questions or cared about our opinion. They simply came to throw stuff in a box wrapped in paper without any thought behind packaging. The naming and classification of items in the boxes were not labelled properly... everything is either clothes or bathroom or misc. Lack of knowledge on paperwork at the border. Lack of instructions at the border. When asked about actual weight, they didn't have that record. A shipping company didn't keep record of actual weight? THey were able to dig it from their "accounting" dept. In short, worst experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
