Oh boy. In a nutshell, it worked, but if you hire them, make sure you have nerves of steel and laser focus. Otherwise, there will be trouble, like in our case.
1. For some unclear reason RSS claims to be a Delaware company. However, everyone I spoke to (including the "management", whatever it means in a 5 people shop) is located in Florida.
2. Because of a supposed miscommunication, we were charged additional $850 out of which after some bickering I got $300 back.
3. The Singaporean agency was excellent.
Upon researching different shipping companies, I concluded that the choice in the US East Coast is the proverbial turd sandwich vs. douche bag. That was the least worst option I found, and while I'd be horrified at their standards in most places, it's probably OK for the US.
