Felt ripped off

Goods arrived safely and without damage.
However
Despite a visit to the apartment to size the job, after consignment got a bill for nearly double original quote as "more space required". Paperwork was terrible - I never received an inventory receipt despite being promised and repeated chases. Very dubious about the extra "insurance" - I never received any paperwork to confirm cover.

Needed a complete invoice to claim some costs from my company - never received. Essentially once I paid - I never had any further response from the firm.

So provided the service I needed, but felt like a totally planned process to hook in and then scam as much cash as possible.

I'm sure there are better firms you could use out there!

I have honestly never hated a company so much in my life.

Well it took 6 months to get our things when they originally said 8 weeks at the most. They damaged one original painting that my best friend made so it was 100% priceless and lost the other two. They were all insured and when I asked them for help on filing the claim no one ever responded. I have honestly never hated a company so much in my life.

I paid for 10 day air freight shipping from the US to Germany. They boasted they ship all the time. I filled out the paperwork need and they had a company pick up my items. After 10 days my items arrived in customs. My Items remained in customs due to missing paperwork. 25 days later and 50 emails and 30 phone calls. I finally found the paperwork that was missing, no thanks or help from NYShipping
