Awful
Let me preface this review by stating that I have moved internationally 5 times from the US to various countries and back to the US. GOMOVE USA was the worst experience I have had and I would NOT recommend using GOMOVE USA. Due to the lack of communication and transparency on the part of GOMOVE USA, my move ended up costing me an additional $ 1,200 above the quote. Most of this could have been avoided had the company been upfront and honest in our communications. Instead, last minute charges were added without communication. For example, I gave my US address to the company in May. They obviously didn't do their homework and when it came to delivery in August, an additional $600 was to be added to my bill due to the " location" of the delivery. The company didn't even have the decency to call and notify me. Instead, I received an email and was told to "check the balance due". I called the supervisor, IIker, to discuss the matter. His response was "I'm not making any profit on this transaction. Help me out here." The driver showed up and told me I needed to pay in cash! What a awful experience! I have put the word out on social media in hopes that others do not use GOMOVE USA.
