Overall, the experience was a good one.
At the origin--Guadalajara, Mexico--the carrier, Trafimar, was not consistent in their communications. However, that said, their thoroughness in packing more than compensated for the inconsistent communication--excellent job of packing. At destination, Wheaton of Orlando communicated, coordinated, and worked very well. It would be hard to find fault with any part of the service at destination. Household moves are stressful--and more so when moving internationally--but I am generally impressed and quite satisfied with the way it worked out.
