We were very nervous about shipping some family heirlooms over seas. From the moment the items were picked up we were able to track when the items made it to port and through customs which made us a lot more comfortable. Even when there was a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic the company still managed to deliver our items and we couldn't be happier.

It’s been seven months and still waiting...

Seven months later and still missing items. They have been a day away for the last three months. Poor communication, we have to constantly contact them for updates. No real answer as to why our items aren’t all here yet. Would NOT recommended them.

I found the entire process great for my needs. We lived/worked in the UK for a year and when we were ready to go we decided to ship some of our things home to the US. I read the documents they sent and followed their instructions on packing and paperwork, end-to-end everything happened exactly as they said within the timeframes they said. I'm not a worrier so I set everything in their hands and I went on autopilot. Everything arrived, on-time, in-tact, and cost exactly what was quoted. I'd use them again!
