Good service in Origin point, Bad service in destination

Packing/Unpacking:
Very good service from the packing crew at my address in USA well trained and very professional, very good communication with the Staff, the packing list that they provide is very useful at the time of unpacking. On the other side, their counterpart in Mexico was all the contraire, when they arrived at our address they forgot the packing list, so when they started to unload my household it was a complete disorganized mess until I got my copy of the list.
The crew in Mexico was unprepared to unload the furniture, they even had big trouble to take a Mattress to the second floor of my house and to assembly some of the furniture, so I had to help them leaving some of the crew unsupervised. Their coordinator left my house for a couple of hours so they were left unsupervised and coordinating them by myself was a hard time. They had scheduled an hour for lunch time, but they didn't took any break.
Also I want to mention that The packing time in USA took 4 days, It was enough time for the crew to pack everything, carefully and professionally, I'm very satisfied with the work they did, on the other hand, In Mexico they only scheduled one day for the delivery and unpacking at my house, so they where practically throwing boxes inside of my house as fast as possible to finish all the task in one day. I'm very disappointed with the service of the team in Mexico.
One piece of furniture was Damaged, and some parts of another are missing. As I said, seeing their bad crew coordination and bad trained crew, this is understandable and I'm happy that it wasn't worse.

Insurance Coverage (PacGlobal):
If you don't want to pay a lump sump value for the coverage, you have to provide a detailed valuation list in order to assign the cost of your coverage. Be careful with this, the terms and conditions from the coverage is stated that: "loss will be compensated for on the basis of “new for old” provided that all items have been protected for the full replacement value at destination" On this basis I have assigned the values, so If An Item was bought In USA was damaged and is not easy to find in Mexico, I have assigned a Replacement value including the cost of the item In USA and the Shipment to Mexico, Sadly the insurance company is not honoring that statement from their coverage. Pac Global only offered to pay 70% of the total cost of the Damaged Furniture, which I declined to accept, then they offered the 100% of the cost, but they are not willing to pay me the shipment fee, so I wont be able to get my "New for Old" since the damaged item is not sold in Mexico and I cannot pay the the shipment cost from USA to Mexico by myself.
Knowing this I discovered that I paid a lot for the coverage, since I added an extra amount to the Furniture that is not sold in Mexico in order to cover the shipment fee and this was not honored by the insurance company.

Over All I cannot recommend Daryl Flood with a 5 Stars if you are moving to Mexico, since their counterpart there is poorly prepared to handle International Moves, Most of the companies in USA are very good trained an prepared for packing/loading of the household, I recommend to check the reviews of their performance on the destination point, there is where you have the break point at the time of selecting an International mover.
