We moved from Bangkok to Phuket using USP relocations. I think it was the smoothest move we ever had.
Mr Kyle came to our place to evaluate our needs. Within a couple of days we received his quote which was very competitive.
USP perfectly understood our needs and put the requested resources to ensure that the packing was done swiftly. It took 2 days and the loading of a 44cbm truck only half a day.
The unpacking went as smoothly as the packing. No damage at all. A perfect job.
Both teams and their supervisors did a great job.

I can only recommend this company. Should we move again, we will definitely ask USP to take care of our belongings.

USP Thailand has handled my move from La Baule, France to Koh Phangan Thailand and another one from Koh Phangan Thailand to Marciac France. All of that, during the COVID PERIOD which is kind of nightmare concerning prices and delivery and so many other things.

Luca, one of the Manager, is very kind and professional and knew how to identify my needs. Always there at anytime ( and there is 6 hours difference between France and Thailand) (even when he was on holidays) to answer my questions and be helpful when necessary with the duty in France or in Germany.
Luca got me a price quote in under a day and it was by far the less expensive of any moving services I spoke with.

Luca was more than helpful in terms of setting everything up. Some moving companies ask you to photograph every items - USP just asked us to document the big stuff and they estimated the size of the container we would need from there.

First move: La Baule France to Koh Phangan Thailand - I had an equivalent of a full 18 m3 with personal items furniture, valuable objects (paintings & decoration items), , etc. and I was very pleased when the door to door job has been delivered in Koh Phangan. The company in France who took the container was also great and professional. Lucas was there on the phone with us when the company arrived to pack everything. The packing job was one of the best I have seen so far. It made me feel confortable to let them handle my personal belongings. Same for the unpacking in Koh Phangan.

Second one: Koh Phangan Thailand to Marciac France - I had 14 m3. For some personal reasons, I had to take 4 m3 from the first move and the other 14m3 had to go back to France. Which was really touchy because at that moment it was impossible to circulate in Thailand from one province to the other.
Luca found the best solution ever which was: to deliver everything in Koh Phangan and just in the same time pack again for the items who needed to go back to France.
The crew was just great professional, helpful and fast.Best of all the move was completed in only 3 hours! And it was a big job, we need to unpack everything, I had to choose what I wanted to keep and they needed to pack again. The team was just great. Hope you will say thank you to them again.

We have another move to prepare and of course we will ask UPS & Luca to take care of it again.

Luca got me a price quote in under a day and it was by far the least expensive of any moving service I spoke with.

Despite already being completely booked up for the month of our move, USP worked with us to find a date for our move that was ideal for our schedule.

On the day of the move the staff arrived on time and was courteous and professional. They were very careful with their packing and everything arrived at our new location without a single dent or scratch. Best of all the move was completed on the same day!
