Eagle Movers Thailand

I took the cheap option and used Eagle movers to move from Thailand to UAE. It was a huge mistake; yes, everything arrived but took 4+ months (Shared container). Like many of the negative reviews on Eagle, i had a very similar bad experience.

The main issue was the communication. Don't be tricked by the good communication leading up to payment, as soon as you pay the communication stops, no reply to emails, no way of contacting them or getting anyone to speak to you. You are left in the dark, hoping your package will arrive.

It’s quite obvious the owner hides behind an alias through the emails.

Expect an increase in your original quotation due to 'shipping price increases' although no solid justification to back this up.

We would like to compliment your company and crew over our recent move from Thailand to Australia to let you know how pleased we were with our current move. From the beginning to the end. Everything arrived intact and undamaged.
My wife and I have moved around the world many times over my 30+ year career and have engaged with many moving companies. This move was by far better than any previous moving experience. Eagle Movers from manager to packing staff went above and beyond the normal service to ensure the moving process was completed to our satisfaction. They were cautious, polite, very hardworking and extremely professional and protective of not only our furnishings, but the home interior as well. It was most gratifying to have true moving professionals working with us in the relocation of our home. Eagle Movers should be very proud to have such a good group of guys and one female packing supervisor.

rather long delay shipping due to coronas virus.

Loading crew were very good and efficient. They worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble.
The company did their best to ship the goods on time but ,due to the virus it took longer than normal which in no way reflects badly on the company . Their agents and unload crew in the UK were also very efficient and friendly.

the eagle team were very friendly from managment to the loaders ,,very profesional.. said 6weeks travel time and they were right on time,, i had a full container load witch were 3 super bikes ,that were crated to a high standard,, highly reccomend.. and there company they used in scotland i cant thank them enough from kerry in the office to the delivery guys at CONSTATINE LTD 100% service....very happy gordon

The actual amount packed came in well over the estimate. The estimate quoted was exactly the quantity that I stated and I am not the moving expert. Items that were identified for shipment to Malaysia did not make it and I only hope that they went into storage. Several items that arrived in Malaysia were broken. Food related products were packed with shoes. I am not sure if the price I paid included unpacking in Malaysia but unpacking was NOT performed by the Malaysia provider. I would not recommend.
