We engaged Smart relocator services for assisting with my relocation from Singapore to UK (London). Right from the start, they were very professional in terms of providing quote which was very competitive. Their sales and customer service was excellent. I would like to call out Chris for his exceptional customer service as he was our single point of contact and always provided us with regular and timely updates on our shipment status. He followed up with us once our cargo was delivered in London and also was very responsive on whatsapp by providing quick response.

Their packing and door to door service is excellent wherein our cargo was professionally packed in Singapore, delivered to warehouse and transported to UK in the timelines provided (6-7 wks). In UK, they delivered in a professional waya longwith unpacking of our stuff.

Overall, we are very pleased with the professional and excellent service provided by SMART relocator and would strongly recommend it.

Good professional service with regular communications that helped provide a degree comfort that everything was in control even if the rest of my life was in chaos.

My only criticism (minus 2-stars) would be the "hidden extras" for Port Handling Charges in destination port when these should have been know at the time of quoting and were not listed as exclusions. That said, I was pleased that your rep dealt with my concerns and frustrations over this issue immediately (plus 1-star).

Overall happy and have recommended Smart Relocators to friends.
