Raffles Relocation & Mobility
Absolutely terrible mover! the only thing they are good at is to get you sign the contract. all the rest is unbelievably bad.
to name a few,
- no preparation for any document needed for custom clearance/tax support prior to the moving, even I chased & reminded Raffles relocation many times. all I got is "no worry sir, we will handle everything for you"
-on the day of moving, shipping info all got wrong that I was so worried they would ship to other destination because all the documents are wrongly written including the spelling of my name.
- post the complaint, the response is very very slow without any commitment to correct the wrong.
- I ended up paying huge bill because I didn't know how to file properly in destination country due to Raffles relocation
Please don't ever use this company
