Poorly executed move

Very well planned but very poorly executed. Movers and packers were very unprofessional, came very late on the day of the move. Many fragile items were not crated as promised. When we highlight to them, still nothing was done. Some of the items arrived damaged and we feedback to movers, they said it is not their fault and blocked our emails/calls. Definitely will not be using this mover again.

Terrible experience with Jonathan Loh

Jonathan Loh is an extremely rude and unprofessional individual. He does not keep to the terms of his written quotation and gets rude and offensive and condescending. His quote is supposed to include all charges including customs inspections and is subject to a long list of exclusions, but then your goods will get stuck because he tells the agent in the receiving country that some charges are for your account. When you question, he takes offence, starts writing offensively and then manages somehow to psyche himself into thinking he is the wronged party and you should be ignored and the charges should be for your account. He writes in an extremely derogatory manner. If you think that his quote is cheap, it is because he has no intention of sticking to the terms of what he quotes you. He takes the chance that the amounts are not big enough to go to court for and you will pay up even if he ignores you, rather than incurring warehouse charges for the time it takes to dispute, and since you are obviously moving to a foreign country, you will simply think it is not worth the bother to continue to pursue him. He is right. Do not use this mover, you will regret it and the bad taste in your mouth when you read his poorly crafted, highly offensive and unprofessional correspondence and end up being held to ransom for charges that you have to pay otherwise you cannot get your stuff. It ends up being more expensive in the end.

JONATHAN LOH IS THE WORST PERSON IN THIS MOVER INDUSTRIES

Jonathan Loh is the worst people i ever come across with in my life. I have been moving around to other countries with many mover companies but Jonathan Loh is the worst ever i encounter with, the first time from Singapore to Hong Kong. Contract with insurance was signed but didn't fulfilled his honour. I have totally no confident with them at the very beginning when his packing team was late for 3 hours, but Jonathan did not even apologise, his excuses was traffic jam and push the responsibility to his packing team. But when i question their packing team, they secretly told us that Jonathan Loh arrange for them to come at 12:00PM but the timing we agreed was set at 9:00AM in the morning, how unprofessional was Jonathan Loh.

Unfortunately, the shipment delayed for 5 days and was notice by the hong kong mover companies and not from Jonathan Loh. I did made a phone call to Jonathan Loh for assistance because i need my goods badly and Jonathan Loh did not even try to assist, instead, yelling at me and hang up the phone furiously. How irresponsible from this guy.

Here is the best part, when i receive my goods, 65 percent of my goods is badly damage, there was forklift marks, few items was missing too, fortunately, i did insured our goods but sadly, Jonathan Loh did not answer nor reply to my email until today. I was wondering if Jonathan did purchase the insurance. I even tried to go back and went down to Jonathan Loh's office address given on this website and realise that is not even an office, it look like a warehouse but was close, there isnt any Cross Relocation name on it. Cross Relocation was not even an established company, it look like a scam to me. My recommendation is DO NOT USE CROSS RELOCATION AND JONATHAN LOH

Great pitch, awful after sales

Jonanthan, did a great pitch and came across as a genuine guy.
But cracks started showing after sales... impatience, an ill temper.
We are still in the midst of locating some missing items, but I suspect we're not going to see them again, or even get any reasonable response from the company or Jonathan for that matter.
For the other reviewers here, I'm curious if you've had any resolutions to your problems?

Good service- Mr Jonathan

Mr Jonathan is a very professional and guide me through the whole process. I got my items all accountable for without any damages to my place. The only issue is, there is some torn on the carton boxes, but my items got no damage. Thank you Mr Jonathan and i truly recommended his service.

Moving from Singapore to Vietnam

Mr Jonathan was great & all the items was packed well. It took quite a long time but I would definitely use them again.

Please never use Jonathan Loh

Jonathan seems all professional and uses all the right lingo but his and his subcontractors service is actually beyond disappointing. when they came to pack my stuff the packers did not list my bicycle, using an excuse that it must be handled separately. My MTB (Bianchi make) never made the ship and till today it can not be found. From what I can gather it seems very likely that the bike was very likely stolen n the day it was supposed to be packed. please never use Jonathan's service, you will be sorry.

Terrible : not recommended, packages missing + stuff broken

The move was done so unprofessionally - took one extra day than scheduled due to poor planning. The packing list did not include 14 packages that went unrecorded. And 3 packages (of the packing list) that did not arrived. And the packing was terrible - mixed items from different rooms with no protection. The labelling of the boxes made it impossible to know what was included in each box hence made it complicated for the insurance of the items, not to mentioned the unrecorded boxes. Several items damaged due to poor handling and packing, and some items missing.
