It was difficult to get any response from this company, how can a legit company operates where no one answers the phone. The billing price from this company doubted their quotation, and the bill is just an amount without any break down on the charges.
From my personal experience with this company, I am shocked to see the positive reviews. I wonder if there is another company under the same name.

From Singapore to Canada

I highly recommend everyone to be careful in working with this company. I had a bad experience where I had paid for insurance, but I was not able to use it since their delivery people did not stay to open the boxes. They also had told me that delivery will be done in 35 days, while it took nearly 3 months for them to deliver and some items are broken and the insurance is not covering it.

Excellent service

Really great service, I've never had to move anything internationally before so I had a lot of questions and the team were always prompt and helpful in their responses. They sent extra boxes, I packed my stuff, and then it was collected on the day I requested. It was really straightforward, they definitely made the whole process less stressful for me. Would definitely recommend. I moved from Singapore to Sydney, and was able to collect my stuff within a few days of arriving.

Astromovers underquoted by 20%. Shipment was 3 weeks late, and they still have not returned a $200 deposit. Terrible service and dishonest company!

Great Service

Astro Movers was recommended to me by a friend - and I am extremely grateful to her. One hears so many horror stories about things going missing or arriving broken when being shipped overseas, and although my few possessions were not huge in the greater scheme of things, they are very precious to me.
From the start communication with astro movers was excellent. I received the quote within 24 hours and even although it was short notice for them, they fitted me into their busy packing schedule within 5 days. Their employees who packed up my flat were real gentlemen. They were polite, cheerful and ultra-efficient!
My boxes arrived within 6 weeks, and delivered by two very helpful, cheerful chaps. They even offered to unpack for me - but not required.
I cannot praise astro movers enough. Their staff are so helpful, communicative and caring.

Astro - the worst movers ever

I engaged Astro Movers to move household items from Singapore to Sydney, Australia. Goods were picked up on 1st June 2018 and advised that they would be placed on a vessel on 29th June.
Astro subsequently advised that goods were not placed on the vessel.
On numerous occasions I have attempted to obtain new shipping details from Astro without success. All attempts to determine when goods will be shipped were unsuccessful until the Singapore Police were contacted, Small Claims Tribunal hearing arranged and a lawyer engaged.
Si Hoe of Abraham Logan & Partners managed to obtain a response and goods were finally shipped.
Do not deal with this company.

Initial assessment done by company agent of volume (4m^2) was considerably less than final amount billed for (7m^2) despite nothing extra added??
Packing of furniture done professionally, we had self-packed all boxes. Final volume judgement by packers not formally measured and confirmed (to us) despite two requests.
Travel could be tracked once ship identified, arrived on time.
Customs fine, communication at arrival satisfactory as was final delivery, no unpacking required as going into storage unit,
didn't appear to be any obvious damage.

They don't seem to be actually a professional moving company at all. They destroyed most of our delicate stuff for which we are referred to the insurance
company. This is an extra hassle for us now. Astro movers seems to be a forwarder only who uses the regular street workers, not trained personnel. Do not recommend to use this company at all.

Quote was fast and information easy to understand. The move manager was very professional and quick. I had to prompt for next steps after pick up so this can be improved where office can contact client to ask how the move went.
