Many (we are talking well in excess of 10 items) things we're not packed properly and have therefore been broken and damaged. The cost of the packing was expensive and in my opinion it was a complete rip off. The quality of the packing was shocking and is certainly not befit of a professional packing company.

after that you will be waiting much more than informed
