a very unpleasant experience
a very unprofessional experience: shipment had to be canceled due to the utter unprofessionalism shown by the movers which sent unprepared personnel which could not speak English and did not have proper material or preparation, I have pictures to prove what I say and whatsapp conversations. they also proposed to re-do the job but then disappeared
