While the price may have been competitive, the responsiveness of the team responsible for the move is painfully slow, below par in terms of communication of the process. Up until now I am unaware whether my goods have been shipped, I am not clear on the insurance and I have to follow up with them for everything. Based on my experience, I would suggest another moving company even if it is at a bit more of a premium just for better service and for peace of mind that your goods are being dealt with a more professional team!
