The relocation company offered the best price for the move of a 20ft container. They arrived promptly on the specified day for packing. Time factors that day meant not all items expected to be packed and readied for shipment were. Packing was performed professionally on items that were completed. The biggest disappointment was the day of container 'stuffing'. A different team showed up and hurried with the loading (with container waiting and another project to go to). They actually loaded more than had been expected. A plus. However, several items were not packed by this team. Last items loaded were not well packed on the day. The container could have taken the remaining items I believe. Now they will have to be shipped as a consolidated shipment. Apart from this grievance, SRD has fulfilled my expectations. Now all hinges on the containers arrival in UK and condition of our possessions/goods when they reach home. As for the container not the best condition, so fingers crossed.
