It was satisfying

Very professional and reliable company showing a lot of understanding of customer’s concerns. Very helpful, practical and capable staff. I had been through international moving numerous times and have to say that this experience was the best, so far.
All they promised they achieved.
No damages whatsoever

We got robbed from all our personal belongings.

They loaded on 6-12.2019 and until now nothing received. Nothing received. Ask for more money, first time too much weight (untrue) then 20ft. Container is only 15 cubic meter. Wrong = 30 cubic meter.
No prove where container is and no reply to my mail to managing director Mr. Balraj.I prepare claim for court case after lockdown.

Unpleasant, Rude and dishonest people.

I haven't recieve my shipment yet since 3 months

I wonder how such companies are working in this important and critical field?
I have used "Global Moving Solutions"
They have come over to my house and checked the stuff, taped the cartoons and carry them out to be shipped over to Turkey. The approved payment has been agreed to be 3 installments. I have paid two and the third one should be done upon receiving the B/L.
After 1 week we have met to receive the B/L, and as I supposed to get it from the assigned person of the company, I have transferred the 3rd. installment.
Unfortunately, she told me that they will receive it after 12 days of the shipping date which should be 26th. Oct 2019. Further, she gave me the information about their agent in Turkey so that I contact and arrange the stuff reception after 40-60 days of sea freight. I have flown out to Turkey and later I have contacted the agent and gave them the (draft B/L), my info, and the packing list that I have received from the company.
Since then, I didn't receive my original B/L, neither the agent has done. Despite my corresponding with them and the agent desperate communication with them, we didn't get any real response unless failed promises and mysterious shipping information. However, I have asked a friend in Malaysia to follow up with them but yet he didn't get any real response unless a postponing status.

I need to know why this company is doing this?
Where is my shipment?
And who will handle the consequences of this very bad experience?

Please help me to solve this disastrous status which even now the company is not responding to my messages, phone calls, and e-mails?
