They brought ALL the supplies and are masters at Tetris to get everything into the container.
However, 2 1/2 weeks AFTER the pack out, a different company is contacting me to sign customs paperwork.
It would have been nice to have all of this done BEFORE leaving the country.

We were disappointed by our overall experience with Tokyo Express., Ltd. Co:
- Proactive and responsive until the first payment
- Acknowledged that their US partner packed everything quickly and very lightly based on the heavy damage noticed on arrival, just told us that we had that we should have taken an insurance.
- Very difficult to get any answer after the final payment and delivery...
We had much better experience with previous movers, so we do not recommend Tokyo Express., Ltd. Co

These guys were great! Fantastic door to door service and friendly and helpful both in Japan and through there agents here in Perth, Australia.
Cheapest by far than anyone but efficient with full service. Highly recommend Tokyo Express when moving from Japan!

My shipping rate was extremely high. Service was no any faster that any other shipping company. My item was damaged. I don't things could have been worse. I will never recommend or use your service or use it again
