They had no control or idea what was going on with our boxes. They also lost track of the boxes and had the incorrect shipment delivered to us.

Lots of information which was good. But would be good if all the information came in no more than 2 emails... not sure if that is the company's fault though. Apparently the industry makes it hard - so I heard from ACFS where I picked up the goods. The waiting time at the location for pickup in Sydney was extremely painful.
