We have used Swiftrelo twice. Their service the first time was great, although the boxes sat at their HK warehouse for nearly two months, everything arrived in good condition. The second time we used them was not a great experience. They did not do a good job packing our antique furniture. We filed a claim for one and received payment for it. However we did not notice the other two damaged antiques until a few weeks later. We tried to claim them but they have refused to pay. Although we understand that "legally" they are free from their liabilities as we already filed a claim, we are very disappointed they are not taking their fiduciary responsibility to their clients for their poor packaging. For example, they "packed" the antique basin by folding and inserting it into two flattened boxes (with another mirror) with paper stuffed around the sides. Neither the mirror nor stand was wrapped in plastic and one of the joints broke. We found scrapes, chipped paint on the red cabinet doors because they were dismantled and packed together, red sides facing each other, with no paper in between! The bench arm also came apart. These are antiques, over 100 years old so naturally we are upset as they have sentimental value. We spent over a USD1000 to repair them. As a repeat customer, it is very disappointing for us to witness their lack of concern and refusal to take any responsibility for their poor packaging standards. Competitive pricing should not equate to having to sustain damage to your beloved items.
