I used this service from China, Beijing. Quite personable, relatively efficient if you book carefully in advance, and cost-effective. In fact, a little cheaper than the competition (CIM). Some of the operations staff, especially in the target country (my example from China to Vietnam, Hanoi) are a little patchy and inconsistent in their communications. A key detail from our email chain was crucially NOT reminded of me close to and on the date of departure. The omission of this detail meant that the shipping was delayed for around 8 weeks, and I had to pay the portage fee. Be careful to manage yourself well, because this company may not support you as fully as they could.

Asia express has very unprofessional staffs and illegal practices with last minutes additional fees days before delivery date and after I settled the final invoice.
