I have dealt with Patricia Emanuelli from AGS Marseille. She has done an Incredible Job organizing my move. He dealings are professional, speedy, supportive and curtious. She took the stress out of moving and supported me at every step of the way.
Because of her professionalism and helpfulness I recommend this company with 5 stars.
Certainly should I ever move again in the near future I will not hesitate to contact Patricia. Well done and thank you for everything.

A nightmare, ship arrived on 30.11 delivery delayed to 13.01

The quotation was thorough. I confirmed address, and 2nd floor. SEBASTIÁN ALVARADO, the Coordinator – AGS Spain did not tell me that I need a Padronmiento [resident registration] for over a week then he asked for the ORIGINAL to be sent to them. Then he took 10 days holiday without tell me. Then he asked me to pay the moving fee one more time, without checking that I paid on Day 1. Then he asked for more money to move the furniture up one floor and the parking permit fee. I told him that I paid for delivery to 2nd floor and there is a free loading bay [with a lot of photos to show location and time of parking] just around the corner. He said no, and wasted 2 weeks to apply for the Parking permit which in the end the movers parked in the loading bay because it is on the flat to the entrance. Dealing with Sebastian was like talking to a piece of wood.

Australia to Barcelona

It was a nightmare and kept asking for money that had been paid already right from the beginning. It took 2 & half months to clear customs in Barcelona. AGS coordinator, Sebastian Alvarado, did not read the quotation & questions + answered already, He does not feel the anxiety for a new immigrant coming from 16,169km away. There is no warm welcoming. He could not plan ahead and advise the customers what is needed to clear customs in a timely manner- "empadronamiento" is the first thing you need when arrive in Spain. He took 5 holiday without telling this before he left. He insisted the Port extra charge [2 months delay] must be received in their system [a bank transfer statement is not enough] - this took an extra 5 days then he asked for money for a parking permit which was paid on day one. It took extra 10 days to apply. I pointed out to him there is a free loading bay across the road 10 steps away; I showed him google map and photos. The delivery men came and use the loading bay anyway because it is on the higher ground - they do not have push the heavy stuff up the slope. I copied Sebastian Alvarado to 6 other persons in AGS , no one took any responsibility and ignored my questions and suggestion.

Poor, Unprofessional, Expensive! Don't Recommend!

I used AGS to move from Bangalore to San Francisco. My boxes were picked up on Oct 7, 2019. With the understanding that it would be shipped in two weeks, as they promised, I told AGS that I'd tell them when to send the shipment.

I was ready to ship and pay by Nov 21, 2019. They were unresponsive for 2 weeks when I asked whether I could pay with a US credit card. The point of contact for my pickup (Sanjay - sanjay.madyalkar@agsfourwinds.com) was disengaged completely and I was left talking to someone (Julie Singh - julie.singh@agsfourwinds.com), who was acutely unaware of my shipment job. Eventually after a serious of egregious errors on changing the quote from INR to USD, and asking me to pay in EUR (?). Finally, the payment went through on Nov 29, 2019.

Eventually, they needed their Finance team to "confirm the receipt of the payment" after asking me redundant questions about how I paid, the SWIFT code, which currency I paid in, a screenshot of my payment receipt, even though this had all been discussed in the previous thread. On Dec 10, 2019, they (Julie Singh) confirmed the receipt of my payment.

Then, after rounds of unresponsiveness, unhelpful single line responses, I was informed by Julie on Jan 2, 2020 that my shipment will arrive on Jan 10, 2020 - a whole 51 days after I was ready to ship. It turns out I wasn't available that day to receive the shipment, but they were not responsive or respectful of that. Julie repeatedly said that they would call me one day before the shipment, but refused to give me a specific time window or a phone number (I didn't receive a call).

I actually received the packages one day before they said I would, which made things incredibly inconvenient. It was Jan 9, 2020, and I was out traveling then. They delivered the packages in decent condition though, but took 50 entire days to do so.

They charge premium prices - ~$2150 for 7 cartons. 75% of this was for the service, 10% on insurance and 15% on GST. Overall, their service was poor, unprofessional, and expensive. I would not recommend them to anybody else.

Adeliade to Barcelona took 2 months

Sales dept was good and careful but the coordinator was tortuous and wasted my time and delayed clearing the costoms and asked me to pay for it. Sebastian Alvarado is the man to avoid. He asked for documents at the last minutes without much care. He should have reminded me about getting the empadronamiento the moment I arrived in Spain. Maybe his English is not clear , for example "any bill of services at origin" for utilities bills to show that I was living in Australia. The ship arrived on 30 Nov then without notice, Sebastian took leave "out of the office from Dec 5th, 18:00 to Dec 10th for bank holidays"why should a moving company takes bank holiday? On the 24, he informed "Customs doesn’t work normally, as we have may holidays." and more charges at the port but the bank was closed already on 24 Dec 1pm. I paid on 27 Dec , they confirmed receiving payment on 2 Jan but would not arrange delivery date till they see payment processed. Then they asked if I have a lift. I sent them photo of the house and they quoted for delivery to 2nd floor. Then they want to charge for parking permit on 2 Jan without realizing that was paid on day one. So AVOID AGS

All went well

Sending stuff off from origin was very smooth. Arrival at destination hectic with a single worker dumping all boxes inside the apartment and rushing off without allowing to check for damages. Pile of packing materials had to be disposed by me.
