Eagle Relocations have provided excellent service - from the sales and surveyor to the removalists - everything has been professional and well-managed. From the day I signed everything has been quick and thorough, with no hiccups (so far). I have moved internationally about 6 times, and Eagle have helped ease the worry and pressure this involves. I would highly recommend them.

Considering that our move was very last minute we needed a moving company that would help us in a matter of a few days, and that's exactly what Eagle Relocations did for us. The whole moving logistics and admin was handled very professionally in less than 48 hours and we were all set for a price that was satisfactory and with excellent communication throughout. Everything arrived in time and all the boxes were safely returned to us in great shape. We are very grateful and will sure use them again if we relocate in the future. My experience with Eagle moving items from London to Sydney was very smooth, easy and efficient. Eagle made everything happen very quickly wth ease.
However I felt let down by the company that was handling the Sydney end. Their communication was slow but once we had finally made contact, the most disappointing thing was knowing that not only had my shipment arrived, but I had paid the invoice for quarantine and my shipment had been passed, but still I did not receive it. I was finally told that because my shipment wasn't huge one (i.e. a full household) I had to wait until there was a delivery relatively close to me . So far from getting my shipment at the estimated time of around 10th January, despite the shipment being here, I didn't get my shipment until mid February.
I felt that the Sydney side of the shipment let down the UK side.

Eagle is a family office style of a shipping company. They called me immediately after sending me a quote which was very competitive and they were very proactive, friendly and professional.
The pick up was done and coordinated perfectly and the goods packed impeccably.
I decided to go for a door to door to Beirut rather a door to port as they were so good in London.
They advised me to use their agent there BCC instead of my own broker otherwise I can't get my goods insured. So I used their agent and that was a huge mistake! I was massively overcharged in Lebanon and and they billed me double the cost almost to receive my goods to my home address under false excuses that I delivered the documentation late and so forth.
I recommend Eagle highly but beware of the door to door!

The final price was 150% of the initial quote but I expect all removers lo-ball the first quote.

The actual moving went well but the administration seems to be a weakness. I had to ask several times to include all agreements in the final quote and I did not appreciate that, the day after the pick up, I was requested to pay and additional +/- 20% because they claimed that the final volume was higher than the estimated volume on which the quote was based. In the end a good service was provided and we were happy with our choice for Eagle.

Very professional and friendly. Moving my items from our apartment in London was very good.

Our items will not be arriving in the Bahamas for another 6 weeks so cannot comment on that side as of yet.

Eagle Relocations, surveyed for 425 Cubic square. We did a massive house clearance after the survey, vacuum packed all clothing, & prepacked items in containers etc. We expected a reduced final volume, with likely a refund. Instead, were billed an extra 780GBP. The packing crew were overzealous with packing materials, boxes were half empty & filled mostly with paper. Plastic containers & non-breakables were wrapped in mounds of paper. I took pics as proof. They packed over 20 boxes for kitchen contents that should have been 5 boxes. We requested a repack of kitchen contents. The crew claimed the hallway storage cupboard was not included in the survey hence, the final volume was higher, It was, in fact, our living room storage they were referring to & it was incl. in the survey.They have not made any effort to address our concerns. It was only after the survey and deposit paid we were informed of additional charges if Volume exceeded survey amount,i.e not a flat rate.

Excellent rapid service and constant line of communication was kept open throughout. The moving team was excellent, a bit like 60 minute makeover in the sense that they came in and rapidly packaged up all of the stuff and took it away carefully.
I cannot give 5 stars as I have not got my equipment back yet and won't until I arrive at my destination, but so far a 5 star service!
