Terrible expirience

Problems on every step of the move and at the end the company is bankrupt... !

Very unhappy

Offering a competitive price and supporting me during my declaration process as well as having hired good movers was excellent. After the move communication or explanations as to what were in boxes on the truck not sealed was non-existent. What was a scam is their insurance non-payment. I had £589 worth of damage declared 3/12/18. They give themselves 60 days which would have been May 12th. Since then they lie and avoid payment. We have to take them to court! Are they going out of business or are they self-insured and committing fraud. Very unhappy about this as I have paid out to fix what was fixable.

All in all nightmare experience

Very good initially on the phones, good moving consultant. However, that's where it stopped! They had wrong details and information on the
paperwork as a result I had to pay extra on initial pick up of our stuff. On delivery, in Eindhoven, Nederland, even worse! Grumpy unprofessional driver who missed the street for the parking entrance and could not park the truck! This is a residential buildingin the city with more then enough space for trucks, variety of deliveries are a daily occurrence! Even the driver of the van that they hire told them that it is plenty of space for them to park the truck in front of the building car park.
And then they complain that is too far for them to walk through the car park! For that they hire a small van for which we had to pay extra again! Their "nice"consultant advised me on the phone that if we don't pay the furniture will go back to Cambridge (the pick up point)! So all in all nightmare experience and £650 extra on top of the original quote.

The move was delayed for several months. The company did not inform of us the delay for bad weather or subsequent delays. They also promised a door to door service in the quotation without the use or 3rd parties. However they have the order to a seperate shipper and then a 2nd handler in the Philippines. They charged LCL charges despite promising us that it was a door to door service and did not explain the charges. When I queried them they were extremely rude and hung up the phone. I would never reccomend this mover to anyone. Instead of taking 4 to 6 weeks as promised the whole shipment took 6 months. They did not inform us about delays and did not explain the extra service liabilities. I am extremely angry and disappointed with the lousy quality and responsibility of this shipper. This is especially the case as, with port charges, it would have been the same or slightly less to send by air. Although the items were eventually shipped on 11th April they were collected early Feb!

We had a mixed experience with Pearson. While they provided very good service regarding the pickup, delivery of our goods etc. they did not know which documents were exactly needed at the Swiss custom. This resulted in an additional charge of £250 which was not planned! We would expect from an international moving company that they know which kind of document the consumer needs to properly move its belongings as it is one of the main reasons why (at least we) pay experts to do the job! If you plan to use Pearson, I would advise that you check yourself which documents are really required! Rather disappointing end of the story...

Removal guy put his foot through my bedroom ceiling, refused to go back up and shouted at me.
Office not easy to deal with. £100 more expensive than other removal firms.

A great service, three guys came and picked everything up and were done in an hour. Two guys delivered the things and again they were speedy and got everything done fast. Everything was stored at my parents house for a few months and I only just unpacked everything last weekend. I then noticed that a big white mat was missing, I have contacted the company but not heard anything back. that is the only complaint I have got.

The packers were excellent but 3 items were damaged. St the other end communication was bad and they didn't turn up on the arranged day, and dodnt lete know that they were delayed, which created enormous problems.

Pearson's did an excellent job from start to finish, with solid communication throughout. We had some quite particular requirements both on the pickup and delivery ends, and they took care of everything perfectly. For complex moves, having a personal manager who is deeply familiar with your requirements is a great help, and we were never left without someone we could just ring up and discuss questions with. They also came up with a very competitive price for a full-service removal (only undercut by those who hadn't actually read our requirements to create the quote and didn't offer packing services, etc). I have no hesitation in recommending Pearson and will definitely be using them for our next move.

The packing and uplift of my furniture went well but still have not got an update of a delivery date an email with a regular update would be better than nothing. i was expecting a provisional date at least. this is why i only gave a 3 star i would have been a 5 star if i was kept up to date with what was happening

I had Rachel Jones as the move coordinator manager. She was very efficient, professional and friendly, dealing with all my enquiries and booking the delivery within a week.
The collection and delivery teams were very nice, understanding, quick and they cared for all our belonging. Everything arrived on time with no damages on the property as well as the items.
I would recommend them 100% and will definitely use them again if we are needing to relocate.

The worst company we have ever had the displeasure to have hired! Unprofessional, not interested, do not care how they affect you and your family when last minute changes are made by them. Was advised less than 24hrs that they would be delayed by one day causing huge issues with our handover/departure from France. Export wrapped contract and many items not export wrapped so we have damaged articles. They are very keen to sign you up and then do not care once they have got you! I would not recommend them at all!

Worst company i have ever dealt with. My things arrived a week late, after 4 promised dates were missed. I was left for days in an empty apartment waiting for a delivery that never happened.When eventually my things arrived, some items were damaged and the company has failed to engage with me on this or the awful service they deliverd

They lost two out of 27 boxes but the most enraging part was that there was no urgency or concern on their part. I had to call and email multiple times before getting a response at which point they told me they couldn't locate the boxes and had no further liability toward me. Not even an apology for the inconvenience! I would NOT use this company!

Verz expensive for the service offered. 2 of the boxes arrived destroyed. On both occasions they arrived late and on both occasions I had to hire a local company to complete the move. On the positive side the coordinator in Birmingham was verz polite and helpful
