The person who came to get the initial details was very professional and re - assuring. He answered all our questions and more. The day of the move went very well and the men who came did an excellent job of packing. Nothing was broken. All of my guitars came in excellent shape with very little evidence on the boxes that showed they were even through a lot of different hands. We were very pleased. They did an excellent job of delivering the boxes to our house even though they had to off load our stuff because the 53ft truck could not gain access to our property. It cost us an extra $400 for them to shuttle our belongings right to our door, but it was well worth it and a wise decision. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were professional from start to finish.
