Move delayed until January 30. Office staff, estimator and packing men all courteous and knowledgeable. So far everything very satisfactory.

Very personal and direct service. It was so helpful dealing with mainly one person throughout the whole process from initially filling out forms to arranging delivery times on the other end. We moved from London to New York and unfortunately our container was randomly selected for checks by customs, which added an extra week or so onto the scheduled delivery date. We were updated regularly with regards to when to expect our goods to be released. It can be very stressful relocating your life from one country to another but the service we received from J.A. Coles was personable and relatively pain-free.
