Quite disappointing. Initially the company was very friendly and very flexible, which turned into the opposite after the contract had been signed. Didn't keep to the delivery dates promised and charged substantial extra money on the day of the move (because what I described as a 'sofa' was in their nomenclature a 'big sofa', and stuff like that). The movers on the European side were subcontractors who didn't take much care with my stuff, so quite a few things got battered. Didn't unpack the furniture at one of the delivery locations (although stated in the contract) because the driver said 'he's just the driver' and didn't care. Considering that Flatrate Moving was one of the more expensive choices and I selected them hoping for good service, this was really disappointing. Wouldn't recommend!
