The administration was messy, but the execution was good.
Our movers were Paramount Transportation Systems in New Jersey - an AGS subsidiary. The information we got from the company was all over the place. It was difficult to find messages with the right attachments because everything was under the same email title. It was just a long series of emails. After 4 or 5 of them, it was almost impossible to find the info that we needed. Later, our coordinator took a week off (nothing wrong with that) without telling us and then someone else took over, but responses were late or sometimes not there at all. Different emails with clear titles would have helped e.g. Documents (check lists) found on one page that you share with the coordinator. It's live, easy to consult and it raises flags when needed. Our coordinator was helpful, but the system she was using was not a system. On the other hand, the team of packers which came to our apartment in NY was really good. The team in Malabo was also really good.
