Very professional and gave a feeling that they were in control but not too much meaningless communication. Truck team very professional, timely and courteous. Actually, there was some damage to a TV set but team were quick to fill in the claim form. Highly recommended.

Over expectations (other than minor details).

We moved from Edinburgh to a small city in Switzerland, Neuchatel, and included a ~4 month storage in between.
Considering how many things must happen in the right manner for it all to go alright, GB Liners were fantastic. Everything you can think of (communication, handling, professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, cordiality, proper handling of stuff, possible damages during transport or storage, etc) went well. So instead of trying to make a big list of what went well, which extends a lot beyond the previous comment, I'll make a small list of what didn't.
- They placed some stickers for identifying the furniture (with package number and such things). Unfortunately, some of these stickers were placed for example on wooden legs of chairs. Removing the sticker was a big pain, as the glue of the sticker is difficult to remove.
- The instructions on "how to fill in X form" were hardly thorough. We had to call several times to understand what was necessary to fill in, what was convenient, and what was really not important at all. We also needed to call several times to understand what was needed. For example, if a form asks for the importer, is that GB Liners, is that me, or is it both me and my wife? No clue.

Having said this, it really just was a minor inconvenience, considering the large move. We are happy, and greatful.

Perfect & stress free

Everything went well - the communication in the planning phase as well as critically on the day of the move was great. The team were really nice and our things turned up exactly on time and without any damage.

Move from Zurich to Liverpool UK. A third party company picked up the items and provided a packing service. The items were delivered to Liverpool by GB Liners approximately 2 weeks later. Very professional service, communication was swift and helpful. I would highly recommend.

From the first contact to the moving in the service was first class. GB Liners were the only company that volunteered to visit my house prior to the move and their valuation and follow up matched the rest of their service. Everything they promised happened and the move from York to Frankfurt was seamless and special credit must go to the guys who did the actual moving. They were polite, respectful and handled my furniture and goods with care and there wasn't one breakage even though I had a considerable amount of glass and bottles in the move. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to move abroad or within the UK and Richards help and advice about the move are second to none.

GB Liners provided a first class service, I thoroughly recommend them. We moved from Wetzikon near Zurich in Switzerland back to the United Kingdom and the whole process went without a hitch. The staff are friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble for them to organise. All our furniture was carefully and thoroughly wrapped by a two-man team who were mind-boggling to watch as they quickly loaded everything. All our possessions arrived safely at our home in England with not a thing broken or damaged. Well done GB Liners!!

I booked my move from Switzerland to the U.K. at fairly short notice and GB Liners were so helpful, very prompt in dealing with the communication and very reasonably priced! Organizing the move with GB Liners was very straight forward and not as stressful as I was anticipating; once I had organized the collection and delivery dates the rest was very simple and plain sailing! The delivery men were polite and considerate of my home and extremely careful with my belongings when packing and transporting them. Very Helpful, friendly and efficent. The estimation was a bit too low, luckily we still went for more volume, so everything was well covered. We negotiated self packing with them and they provided us with all the wrapping material and boxes, even additional ones when we ran out! Would move with them again!
